There is what we did yesterday. I double up on my electrolytes, and a bottle of water. I didn’t bottom out. But for the skill I just could not squat . Doing the snatch is not one of my best moves.
This morning I was up super early to do my tower/dopey intervals. The weather had a different plan. Ugh..so after my shift I will still put in my miles. It will not be many, soreness is going to play a huge role but I have some catching up to do.
