I learned how to do a dead lift. The correct way. I also learned that I have been doing the kettle bell swing wrong. Your not suppose to swing from you arms but with your hips. Great thing is that my bones do not hurt from this.
So tonight’s WOD was 10 minutes as many as you can with proper form, 10 dead lifts, 10 kettle bells, 10 sit ups. I was able to get in three sets. I kept getting reset on the kettle bell and the trainer,she took away my kettle bell, and made me use a PVC to get proper form.
Then we rolled out, spoke about diet and watched the rest video the Harlem shuffle. Too funny.
I will be sore in my arms again since I was not doing it correctly. My bum is sore. But I enjoy learning it all correctly.
Ran another 200 meters.
