Looking at my numbers. Not being consistent with my intake. Some days are harder than others. Not unhappy with the little loss. I have been super sore this week. Retaining a bit of fluid. Need to remeasure my body.
Today was group ride day. When I got up this morning I just could not get myself together. I was late getting there. I forgot stuff I normally need. I just felt like I was in a fog. I am a bit bloated today. I made it 4.5 in the ride and my rear tire blew again. There has to be something wrong with the rim. I have to have it looked at. I was thinking of bringing my disc wheel but I forgot it. Could have finished the ride. That’s why it is called training. Workout the kinks and try again. So Monday gonna take the bike to the shop. Or Tuesday. So as long as the weather permits I will get in a 3 miles. Or hill repeats on the dreadmill.
