I tried to post from my ipad and it failed to post. It is not evening showing in my drafts. I don’t get it.
Weigh in last Sunday, Me -1, E -4.6. E got his 5% star and another 5 pound star. I was surprised to see loss since I was super bloated.
Sunday I did my first set of incline sprints from Plan 2. I didn’t do much of anything last week with the toe. I had to do incline 8 as fast I can, 30 seconds on, and 30 off. I did them, but I had to do them with a 60 second recovery time. It took me longer to do them, but I did everyone of them. Monday, work and past out. Today doing them again and spin on the bike. Miles covered:3.68 ,calories burned 574, fat calories burned : 185 earned 10 extra WW points. Time: 54:34
It is so cool to everyone getting back out there. Motivating as all get out. It’s great to have everyone together again and I can not wait for Jan.2012. This is motivating to know that everyone will be together in Jan. 🙂
