End Of The Month Review..With A Plan

Already… This year has been going fast. This month has been a better month for me. I have not been sick. I am back to wogging. I am back to training. Loosing weight.

Here are my numbers for this month.

Biking:30.3

Run/walk: 20.0

weigh loss: -4.4

That ‘s last 2 weeks of this month.  Not bad. I see next month being better.

The next 2 week Plan.

TM: 5 minute warm up on incline 5, speed 3.2. 10 minute light jog, incline 0. 3 minute light jog{same pace} incline 4.  3 minute light jog incline 6. 3 minute light jog, lower the pace incline 8. Last 10 minute sprints at incline 8, fast as you can, 30 seconds on, 30 off. then a 10 minute light jog.

With this do 3 sets of bicycle crunches,and push ups.

I will add some more miles on today so I will update later.

Today is also weigh in day. Not so sure how it is going to go. I have noticed that  finding it harder to keep my meals 3 hours apart. Mornings are not as hard as afternoon time. We proven my daily burn is close to 1700 calories a day. {medically} That’s before working out. So I am going to talk with the WW leader about that and I have a doctor’s appointment this month, and we can discuss what to do to help slow it down.
